You'd be better off trying to flip Rondo to a team like Milwaukee for knight, one of their bigs and some other value add.

Agred. plus the Suns cap situation is such that if I am Ryan McD - I am saving it for a stud scorer. I get Rondo is a very good player, triple double, etc - but the Suns need a guy that gets you 25ppg night in and night out. Rondo is not that player.

Not a chance. I would not trade Dragic straight up at this point for Rondo much less throw in Len. Rondo is coming off a difficult knee injury. We pay him $12MM for what is effectively 1/2 year this season and we pay him $13 MM next year before he leaves in free agency. I'll keep Dragic at his $7.5 mm for the next 3 yrs. At least he can shoot a little.

Uh no. I wouldn't even trade Dragic by himself or Len by himself for Rondo.

I think people here are a bit crazy. Saying no.

The only reason I wouldn't is because Rondo and Bledsoe can't co exist.
But value wise yes I would. Rondo is a top tier PG with tons of playoff experience and he impacts the game more than any other sun on this team easily.

But no

A's over Royals. Lester and experience will prove that he's worth the trade.

Tigers winning it all. Tigers are, imo, peaking at the right time.

Maybe once we acquire more talent to surround Rondo. Right now it would be a pointless trade.

Rejecting that trade is absurd. Even if all you wanted to do was flip Rondo later that would be an absolute heist for the Suns.

Rondo is a 2 time all-defense, 2 time 2nd team all nba, 4 time all star in his prime and on a non-max contract. Dragic is a league average point guard and Len is a project center with serious injury concerns, from a weak draft.

Dragic saves. I hope you see that now.

McD comes from Boston, so he maybe he'd see it differently, but in my opinion taking this trade is what makes no sense for the Suns. You are gambling Goran (who is having an allstar caliber season), on Rondo after a big injury and with just one more year under contract after this season. A contract that has clearly underpaid him, so he'll look for the max, period.

And doing this because one of the bright spots is the possibility of fliping Rondo somewhere else? Woudn't the C's already have explored their options? It's not impossible, but I wouldn't count on getting more for Rondo than them.
