Thirteen games against many playoff caliber teams. December is a measuring stick month. How do you think the Suns will fare?? I would be happy with an 8-5 record.

About a week into the season I went through the schedule, tabulating projected wins and losses, and noticed it gradually gets tougher the whole year and figured we would be about 500 at end of November and probably about 14-19 at the end of December, and things would get even tougher down the stretch.

I have generally been thinking (since then after watching us play) that we could very well do better than I thought when I did that exercise, which came out to about 30 wins, but just walking through that December schedule, it looks pretty tough, so I went with 4-9, though this team wouldn't really surprise me if they beat teams I wasn't expecting. It seems we really play to the level of competition often. Though there still are quite a few western conference probable playoff teams we haven't even faced yet.

4-9 with some luck 5-9. win over raptors,kings,lakers and sixers and maybe dallas.

We beat the Clippers and Memphis on the road and the Spurs at home but lose to Sac at home and also beat the Lakers in LA but lose to them at home? I know we lost to Sac twice already, but those picks look like you flipped a coin on each one.

I think this Suns team can go 6-7 or 7-6, I really do believe the Suns stay around or .500 even with this brutal stretch in December.

How do you guys think the Suns will do against the Lakers & Warriors in December 2-0, 1-1, 0-2?

They play each twice, so probably 1-3.

Well...we lost to Sac and Utah AT HOME. Won 2 games against the Blazers.

Why don't you just wait until ALL the games have been played? Then you can be exactly right for every game.

Thats a very doable win streak in there. This team needs that to get that cavern they play in active again.

Why don't you just wait until ALL the games have been played? Then you can be exactly right for every game.

TWO games out of 13 have been played. I was visiting family and friends across the country since last month, so I haven't been on the board at all. First thing I did when I got back to San Diego was to download and watch the 4 games I missed. Sorry if this displeases you.

Hah. Sorry, haven't slept much since getting home!

I think we are shaping up to be a .500 ball club. Whether that will hold for the season has yet to be seen, but I figure it will for the month of Dec.
