Haven't posted in a while but I could help but bring this up.......
AND lakers fans are SUPER excited!
Should give you guys a good laugh

Lucky for us, it's not the Spurs that picked him up which undoubtedly would turn out to be the best D-League pick up of the season.

Honestly he could turn out being our future pg. People forget he was projected high when he came out of college. People thought he has a HUGE upside. This could be a Wesley Johnson but better steal.

You guys can laugh, but Wes Johnson is having a nice year with us. So is Xavier Henry - All low draft picks, who no one wanted. We'll see how Kendall looks - If it's anything like the previous two, the joke will be on you guys.

I hope he can get them in the playoffs, I really do. Even if the lakers have lowest odds to win the lottery, they will win still win a top 3 pick. That's the last thing I want

I wouldn't be surprised if he actually provides good basketball in LAL.
He was sh*t here, but hey he still has this crazy passing skill, you can't overlook that.
It all now depends on him if he wants to be a real bb player or this inmature and lazy twitter kid he was in PHX with a Bieber backpack.

Wouldn't surprise me if the Lakers had a 1% shot at the 1st pick in the draft and magically get it.
Anyways, I was looking over comments across a few message boards and you guys are right, Lakers fans are overwhelming gushing over this pick up and I don't know why. I wish the kid well but man he was a waste of a draft pick. He can pass, but can't shoot, is not athletic, and is slow.

Henry is the same scrub he has been his entire career, the only difference he is getting more minutes. Johnson's per 36 numbers are actually worse this year than last season. He is shooting better, mostly because he is being more selective, but 8 points from a guy who plays 26 minutes a game is not blowing anyone's hair back. They're still both end of bench scrubs on most decent rosters.

What? They went #4 and #12 overall (and Kendall #13). They all have been undisputable busts so far. It wouldn't be the first time a player resurrects his career playing for Mike D tho, but the joke will hardly be on us. We didn't want those players, they didn't do anything to merit keeping them and we are doing fine with their replacements.

Ha, another unathletic, slow, defensively averse Suns PG ends up on the Lakers.
Nash...Marshall...D'Antoni was a PG wasn't he? haha
He'll probably do fine there, but Farmar's the guy who should start and get 30min, I like his speed and overall game.

I wonder where the Marshall hate is coming from? Sure he looks like a bust as the 13th pick but it's not his fault he got drafted that high.
I always thought he showed some solid skills when given minutes and could have delevoped into a backup.
If I had to choose between Ish Smith and Marshall as the 3rd stringer, I'd always go with him.

In all honesty, it's a sad state of conditions in Phoenix if the only dig the Suns fans have on the Lakers is a low risk, little reward signing when they are missing 4 guards.

Good signing by the Lakers. They got themselves a collection of trash - Johnson, Henry, Young, Nash (yes!), and now Kendall FREAKIN' Marshall.
