Honestly, I'm so proud of Goran. It's been amazing watching him grow into an elite player. He truly was the heir to the Steve Nash throne. He's gonna ball harder in 14-15.

yeah, big men are so crowded in this league right now, which was why Anthony Davis also didn't make it. Of course the same can be said for point guards and Dragic still managed to squeeze in ahead of Conley and Lowry, which was awesome. Still kind of miffed about Parker getting 2nd team but it's just a matter of him getting more exposure due to reaching the finals, even though it's supposed to be a reg season award.

Really thought he should have been 2nd team all nba ahead of parker (and maybe even Harden). But heck of an accomplishment none the less.

I thought he should have been 2nd team, with Curry being 1st team and CP3 being 3rd team since he missed over 20 games this season.

Still great though, feels like its been forever since we got a player in the All NBA ranks.

Congrats to him, certainly well deserved.

Given how outrageous some of the broadcaster voting has been so far, I think this is a pretty fair result. Like others have said previously, I personally would have put Curry in the 1st team over Harden, Goran 2nd team over Parker, and DeAndre in place of Howard. But you can make a case for all guys selected.

Given 4 of the 6 guards selected were true PGs, you could make a legitimate case Goran being the 2nd best SG in the game right now. And SG is by far the weakest position in the NBA.

Compound that with the fact he's also our backup PG (and arguably top flight at that as well) you can't put a price on what he brings to ths team.
