Also, holy crap. Stoked on being able to watch HD streams this year. Totally worth the $40 for 3 months on this site.

Asik/Davis frontcourt will be unstoppable to score on. Watch out for Pelicans being a surprise team.

Pretty fun watching the laker's train wreck of a team.

Probably ballstreams.

I looked into it but decided to go with a dodgy International LP instead

After a few hours, all I can say is... wrong choice. This is legit. (not legit in the uh... legal way, probably) But yeah... didn't want to pay $250 for 30 or so blackout games I couldn't watch and shaky streaming quality. So far this has been perfect, and no scores on unless i want them to be. Which is great because I'm busier and busier these days. So, I'm not going to be able to watch games live as often at all, so I can watch whenever I get home at night, or the next day without worry of having the score spoiled for me. Worth the investment and sort of wish I went for the year sub.

I would be interested in this option but I wonder what the delay is, if any. I watch games while on Twitter or message boards and don't like being a minute behind.

It's basically instant. No delay. If you are watching the "live" stream. There's also the one that you can skip back or forward. Apparently that's about 30 seconds behind.
This is basically what League Pass SHOULD be.

I wonder if it's no delay even through a Roku or a tablet/phone app. My MLBTV on my computer is fine but the phone and Roku versions are delayed about a minute.

I can't say anything about the Roku, but I loaded the app on my Samsung Galaxy 5 and it was almost better than streaming on my computer.

I got the invite email and when I tried to use it ,it just goes back to the front page. Couldn't be asked trying again so I got the LP. I'm happy with the international LP. I ended up paying about $50AUD more than ballstream but still half the price of the legit LP

Is anyone else worried that we won't get the Lakers pick? Byron Scott's "no threes" interview sort of perked the antennas up a bit in regards to their pick. But after seeing the Lakers' first two games (how much they've struggled offensively) and how behind the times Byron Scott is as a coach, it doesn't look good. Normally I've been a wait-and-see type of poster, but how many of you guys feel the same?
The Lakers won't be winning with Kobe taking all the shots. In fact, I think their best chance to be competitive is to have Jeremy Lin run the show. He's not as good as his diehard fans say he is. But he's not as bad a player as his haters make him out to be. I really believe Lin is their best all around player, when factoring in his athleticism with his skills. However, such a situation cannot happen as long as Kobe is stymieing Lin's productivity.
It certainly isn't the end of the world to not acquire the Lakers' lottery pick but it sure as hell would be nice.

Getting that pick looked like a 50/50 bet when the Lakers were just a team on paper. It was a plainly terrible roster, I'm not sure why some people talked themselves into them being competitive.
If we get it this year its going to take some luck. I could see the Lakers finishing 4th or 5th worst and getting jumped in the draft order back to 6th. But its the NBA... so the Lakers will probably get the top pick as long as they're in the bottom 5.

Yeah, I got it too last night and wow, I can't believe how great it looks in HD after watching some of those crappy feeds for a few years.

The next draft, the LA pick only has 1-3 protection. So it's not the end of the world to lose this draft's pick.

Yeah, the next draft might be better anyway, and we have plenty of young guys. I'd be more than happy getting a top 5 pick in 2016 as opposed to a top 7 pick now. I doubt they will be able to sign a big enough difference maker next summer either to get much better and make the pick much worse anyway, as they have mostly two year contracts anyway.
The TWolves looked pretty good last night against the Grizz and may have won if Mo Williams didn't take out Conley like he was a linebacker hitting a receiver across the middle in a one point game with 30 seconds left. Did anyone see that last night?
