Lakers to file lawsuit against Phoenix Suns

Next week the Lakers will file a lawsuit for breach of contract against the Phoenix Suns alleging that the Phoenix training staff conspired to hide the true health status of Steve Nash.
In a closed door session Adam Silver and attorneys for both teams failed to reach a compromise.
The Lakers have new documents from the Phoenix medical staff regarding degenerative back problems with Nash going as far back as 2010. These documents were not disclosed prior to the sign & trade in 2012.
The Lakers are seeking a change in the contract terms regarding their 2015 pick going to Phoenix.

Cannot be true... the Suns "hiding information" bit.
Lakers suing other teams, that I can believe.

Im going to lock this one up for now, but the closest thing i could find to any Lakers/Suns lawsuit was Jerry Colangelo suing the Lakers (Jerry Buss) for an injury to Walter Davis due to them having a slick floor back in 1985.
Sounds more like a salty troll that is upset that they might not get their draft pick after a horrible horrible horrible season.
