Wiz/Suns trade: Isaiah Thomas

Would the Suns consider an Isaiah Thomas trade centered around Andre Miller's expiring contract plus the Wizards' 2016 1st round pick? The Wizards would need to throw in a little extra filler to make the numbers work. The best candidate is DeJuan Blair. He is on the books for $2M this year and $2M next year (with a TO in 2016).
So it's: 2016 1st + Miller (expiring) + Blair ($2M a year this year and next year) for Thomas.
It's worth noting that the Wizards are trying to clear cap room in 2016. With that in mind, they are unlikely to add any big time free agents this summer who would end up improving their record next year. As a result, that 2016 draft pick is probably going to be around the 18-22 range.
