We would find a way even if we have to give away two first rounders next year to unload the twins and/or Tucker. Philly would take the twins if they got draft picks...they have good contracts and would give their frontcourt serious depth and some experience...they only have rookie contracts so they need to hit the salary floor.

Yea that would be the only reason for sign and trade

TOTAL $67,914,019
CAP $69,000,000?
CAP SPACE - approx $1,085,981
LaMarcus Aldridge Max $20,300,000
It seems we'd have to get rid of the twins, PJ and Granger or Bullock and McNeal.

Revised:
PJ Tucker $5,500,000
Alex Len $3,807,120
Tyson Chandler $12,154,671*
Markieff Morris $8,000,000
TJ Warren $2,041,080
Archie Goodwin $1,160,160
Eric Bledsoe $13,500,000
Devin Booker $1,773,200
Brandon Knight $8,900,000 Cap hold
Jon Leuer $1,035,000
Jerel McNeal $ 845,059
*To create a little more cap room, I'd presume Tyson Chandler's contract is probably structured to use 4.5% raises each year, starting at $12.154,671 and ending at $13,870,497 in year 4.
TOTAL $58,716,290
CAP $69,000,000?
CAP SPACE - approx $10,283,710
LaMarcus Aldridge Max $20,300,000
Jon Leur and Jerel Mcneal being waived or traded for players to be waived would raise the cap space to $12,163,769.
Moving Markieff would free up $20,163,769 of cap space....so freaking close lol. I dont think Tyson Chandler would mind shaving off 136,231 if it meant signing Aldridge. It's also a possibility that Tucker, Booker or Goodwin gets packaged in a S&T with Markieff.
This projected cap space also assumes that Goran Dragic's of 5.5 m$ trade exception is renounced. IIRC, it's legal albeit highly unlikely to use his trade exception to trade for a player making up to 8.25 m$ (150% of the trade exception) that can be waived to create an additional 2.75 m$ in cap room.
