I thought this would be fun for all of us to do. We also get to see what we all think the "team" should do. You get to pick.... up to 5 players and write down two things you would help them get better at that YOU feel make the team better.

Archie- Jumpshot (mid, three), Ball handling. Personally i want Archie as a back up PG.

Len- Back to the basket post and strength

Knight- strength, on ball defense

Leur, post defense, boxing out drills

Warren- defensive drills, three's

Who is your five?

Tucker-weight loss program/Alcoholics Anonymous
Chandler- Get rejuvenated/find the elixir of youth or else hope to age like fine wine
Weems- Put down the hookah/lay off the hash cookies and adjust to life back in the States and the rigor of the NBA
Teletovic- fully recover from the blood clots to see the light of a court/better conditioning to reduce fatigue

Reminds me of NBA2k where you have so many training points to spend in the off-season to train your roster hahaha

TJ - 3PT shot, defense

Archie - Jumpshot

Booker - Handles

Len - Back to basket moves

Chandler - just stay healthy. We kept Shaq healthy enough at 36 and he played 75 games and was an All Star!

Kieff - can they train his brain to think? If not that, 3pt shot.

Warren - 3pt shot

Bledsoe - leaving his feet not knowing here he's going/what he's doing, and dribbling

Hornacek - I want his balls to double in size, so he calls these guys out and doesn't seem so 'soft' at times.

I think there is a huge misconception about Hornacek being mentally soft. You can't stop a guy from yelling at you. Any grown man that will chase a guy down at some high school event (or whatever it was) and beat him up and kick him on the ground is not right in the head and there is no way to calm him when he gets worked up.

Hornacek benched key players in games for getting technicals to prove a point. He's no pushover.

I still think he takes a too relaxed approach to discipline. It's not so much his demeanour but more the actions he takes. I didn't like that he backtracked on the whole benching key players for technicals thing after a week and I didn't like that there was no public disciplinary actions taken after the Mook outburst.

I'm with Tastic. I think if Hornacek is to grow develop in his role as HC, he needs to take a harsher stance on discipline
