OT - Hamstring injury

I'm a 32 year old male. I'm in pretty good health and run and lift weights weekly.
A few months ago I pulled my left hamstring on a run and it is refusing to heal.
Any advice here from my fellow fitness junkies? Any personal trainers, physical therapists, doctors, nurses, or "know it all's?"
- The pull is pretty minor. It hasn't stopped me from running or lifting weights. I can still run/jog and do a full leg weight day at the gym including squats, lunges, and hamstring isolation machines.
-I've tried rest, stretching, massage (the girlfriend and I have a membership to massage envy). I have not really tried compression or ice yet.
-It only bothers me a bit on runs. I have not yet tried sprinting. It only bothers me from time to time in daily activities like walking or riding a bike. It's like it just wants to remind me it's there. It's more of a "soreness"
I know hamstring injuries tend to take forever to heal and love to hang around for awhile. Any advice on getting this healed quicker would be appreciated.
