I know the first game doesn't really mean anything, but DAMN it's nice to see the Warriors lose on opening night, especially after they had such a fanfare over the ring ceremony. I dunno why that team bothers me SO much, but they just do.

They bother you because they are good and KD joined them even after they went 73-9

Oh my god. Ever considered working as a psychologist??? This is some serious Freudian insight right there!

Wizards playing entire bench unit against Sixer's starting unit. Bold strategy.

Terry Rozier the man in Boston through two games...and I thought Brown was supposed to be good at defense?

Brown seems to get killed against stronger wings, might be better on the smaller wing players.

Markkanen with a pretty good first game with 17 pts, 8 boards and a block. Hit a couple 3s.

Lakers not looking much better than we are at the moment. Their flagship youngers Ingram & ball are 2-11 & 1-6 respectively so far. I hope that people have mentally prepared for the not entirely unlikely scenario that the Lakers pick will end up being the #1 pick - which essentially means that our first #1 draft pick in 50 years will have been traded for Brandon Knight.

For the sake of wanting everyone here to be mentally prepared for the sake of everyone on this board ending up losing their minds, let's all breath together... "Namaste" guys, let stoic calmness wash over you in awesome waves.

I'm not sure if my liver will be able to withstand the amount of alcohol I will consume in that scenario.

Lakers fans' reaction to Lonzo and Ingram putting up duds on opening night while DLo puts up 30 for Brooklyn should be fun lol. Going to be an ugly game tomorrow, still haven't decided if I'm going to go after last night. I will be very disappointed if we get our asses kicked by the Lakers after seeing how bad they look tonight, even though we just got embarrassed at home.

Julius Randle's development hasn't been good. It's like looking into the future with Marquese Chriss.

I watched the game and Ball didnt look good at all. Wow, cool, he grabbed 9 rebounds, but that isnt his duty as a PG. He was at 0 assists until the 2nd half and missed every shot minus a wide open 3 that the defense was daring him to shoot. I know its just one game, but that didnt look like "Showtime Lakers Basketball" to me.

I won't be laughing at any other team's performance for awhile. If ever.

League won't allow Lakers to lose #1 pick. Worst case it will be 4th.
If Ball, Ingram and whoever they have suck I'm happy. If nobody will want to sign with them I'm even more happy. F... LA.

Well, they don't keep it. If it's the #1 or 6-30 pick, it goes to Philly. 2-5, it goes to Boston.
