Nice review. Right now Bender is closer to SF than Chriss imo. Agree with all the rest.
Why you rated Lakers long-term so low? Lower than Kings?

Watson has said he will play some SF right now due to his perimeter defense and ballhandling skills, and how comfortable he feels out on the perimeter on offense, but you'd have to watch extensive Suns coach interviews, etc, to pick up on this. All in all a great write up particularly since he is doing it for all 30 teams.

Long term I am sure he will be able to play multiple position as can many of our guys due to their versatile skills, athleticism, etc.

FWIW, I think the Suns ideally want their forwards to be somewhat interchangeable. Thus, the drafting of Bender and Chriss. If Bender develops as they hope, he might end up best as a new age stretch 5. Similar to Porzingis in New York, although they are different players.

As for the Lakers, The Deng and Mozgov contracts are so bad that by the time their young guys are ready to contend, they'll be albatrosses hanging over the Lakers. Also, I'm not very high on Randle or Russell. I love Ingram, but the other two and Clarkson are a question mark for me. I'm not sure they are good enough.

With the Kings they have Cousins, who is better than any piece the Lakers have, and they have pretty good cap flexibility moving forward. They'll have the ability to either build around him or they can trade him and get a large asset package in return.

I don't belive Kings will do anything that is not absolutely stupid. It's not their style
