NAZ's site lists him as 6'5". Maybe he's even smaller than we think?

We are not going to be able to hide this kid in Flagstaff from the rest of the league for very long. That dunk, off the feed from I think obrien, for the left handed crush... oh my God! We might have to make a decision like it pretty soon.

Think we got him locked up after we signed him to a multi-year deal. Not sure how guaranteed some of those years are but pretty sure we have his rights.

Dude sure is a freak. He's got a few years to see if he can put it together. Here's hoping!

I love the fact his coach said he's working hard to become a defensive presence. Goodwin had a lot of flaws but if he'd been able to shut down his man, we could have lived with those flaws. If what the coach is saying is accurate, Jones will have a place in the NBA for years to come and hopefully it will be with us. We could really use a crowd pleaser.

Yeah I hope he's more Thad Young/Augmon than Harold Miner.

Cos he looked a lot like Miner with some of those crazy dunks...that tomahawk at 45sec/the Vine was MENTAL.

Hoopshype has him with the same contract as Ulis. 4 years $3.6mil.....and if he doesnt work out, most of that 4 years is non-guaranteed. So we have PLENTY of time to see if this kid pans out

Need to see some shooting, dribble moves, otherwise he's a slam dunk artist and nothing more.

I love DJJr a whole lot more than Archie. They are similar athletes I suppose, but DJJr's athleticism is way more valuable on the wing than Archie's was as a guard. It is much easier learning to use your defensive tools as a wing defender. For the same reason I'm absolutely all over Dragan's defensive potential.
