Re: Rank your favorite players
Currently a core we should be building on:
Booker
Warren
Bender
Chriss
Len
Dudley (a part of our future coaching staff)
Willing to see what we have here:
Ulis
Williams
Jones JR
Not a part of our future imo, trade high if possible:
Chandler
Bledsoe
I could care less:
Jenkins
Barbosa
Tucker
Ryan, please admit it was a mistake and lets move on:
Knight
Booker
Warren
Bender
Chriss
Len
Dudley (a part of our future coaching staff)

I don't trust bledsoe's knees and would move him while he's playing well. I'd probably move him before knight due to the knee issues. I watched seasons get derailed with amare's chronic knees and I don't want to rely on another injury prone player.

I wouldn't call it a "favorites list" 'cause I appreciate Bledsoe, Tucker and Chandler plenty...just don't see it as a good thing for them to be Suns players 2 years from now. So....
Booker
Bender
(2017 #1 Pick)
(That player from "The Bledsoe/Tucker Trade")
Warren
Chriss
Len
Knight
Ulis
Williams
***************
Dudley
Barbosa
Jones

Booker, Warren, Len, Ulis. Maybe Chriss. Too early to call on Jones.

Re: Rank your favorite players
... I do not have any "favorites," but if I were prioritizing current Phoenix players with regard to future roster construction, I would go with Booker, Chriss, Bender, Len, Ulis, and Warren, in that order.
I am a little concerned with how much Warren's scoring efficiency has dropped as his scoring attempts have increased, and he may be more of a "(scoring) numbers guy" rather than someone who creates much of an impact on winning (not that I am offering that concern based on this metric, but looking matters up, his current Real Plus-Minus figures are negative on both offense and defense, albeit much improved on defense).

That said, he is a good small forward to have around, especially if the Suns find more of a playmaking point guard (potentially Ulis).
I remember when Phoenix reacquired Cedric Ceballos in January 1997, and the Suns (who had started the season 0-13 for reasons that I have documented previously) went 4-1 in his first five games back with the team, including consecutive home victories over a New York club that would win 57 games that year and a Detroit squad that would win 54. Ceballos averaged 23.0 points per game (and 8.2 rebounds) over that stretch, including a game-high 32 points against the Knicks, who would rank second in Defensive Rating (points allowed per possession) that season.

Afterwards in USA Today, reporter/analyst David DuPree (one of the better basketball media members—never an impressive lot—in those days) wrote that when you paired "one of the best finishers" in the game in Ceballos with "one of the best playmakers" in Kevin Johnson, good things would happen.
I do not feel that Warren is as good of a total scorer and player as Ceballos (although he could be a better outside shooter and ball-handler), but playing off a better playmaker could help revive his scoring efficiency. (His current .511 True Shooting Percentage this season is pretty weak, especially for a front-court player.)

Re: Rank your favorite players
I think I'd have to go with Bender first as his versatility and bbiq is off the charts at his age. Obviously I don't have enough of a sample size but he is our highest rated prospect to draft in years, and some seem to unfairly judge him a bit harshly early while giving a guy like Booker a free pass.
After that I go back and forth with Booker and Warren. Warren was absolutely balling and our best player early in the season, but lets face it, he hasn't looked the same after his injury.
Booker was as well to some extent, and then that turf toe set in. Hopefully he's past that and we begin to unclog the roster soon.
After that I'd have to go with Chriss simply because, like Bender, he still has very high upside if he can stay engaged.
Len would probably be next.
Bledsoe has great numbers but in two years I'm not sure I see his fit and I think another passing pg who really focused on getting others open shots first and foremost, helps everyone.
So I'd put Ulis ahead of Bledsoe for now as well. Perhaps even Alan Williams. Don't know enough about DJJ to assess properly.
Dudley should stick around, so I guess put him there at about the same spot as Ulis. Chandler I wouldn't mind, but i'm fine moving on.
So,
Bender
Booker/Warren (they need to break out of funks)
Chriss
Len
Ulis
Dudley
Bledsoe
Williams
DJJ?
Chandler
Jenkins
Barbosa (doesn't even have 2 years anyway)
Tucker
Knight
With trades and likely 2 and possibly 3 lotto picks in the next two drafts our future core hopefully will be set. Draft a PG, wing, and center.

I just realized I left Bender off my list, that was not intentional. I would have had him second. I don't know that he'll be a superstar but I do believe he'll be the type of player that helps a team even more than his stats suggest. It might take 5 years or so for him to fully reach that level but I'd put him on my untouchable list right now.
