Game 79: Suns (22-56) vs Warriors (64-14)

Trap game! Must lose at all cost. Warriors just played last night, Curry played under 30 minutes, Klay with 32 minutes, and Green with under 30 minutes too. They could easily sit their stars, however if they win against the Suns I think they lock the No 1 seed, so there is incentive for them to beat us, and then possibly rest their stars in their later games (preferably against the Lakers).

Going to be watching this one. Stuck at home sick for the last few days - good opportunity to watch some basketball.
NCAA Championship Game, Spurs/Mem today, and Suns tomorrow.

What are the odds DJJ makes a 3? Im starting at 20:1

We're only 42 games behind the warriors for first place.

More like they're 42 games behind us in the tank race. Idiots.

If that's it and Curry/Thompson play, I don't like our chances of winning. I know Durant is going to come back this weekend and they have another b2b Friday and Saturday. Curry may want to keep going on his 3 pt record...2nd all time to himself last year. Don't know the exact numbers or if he can catch himself but they probably want to win to clinch, especially since they might have some adjustment time integrating KD, especially after such a long winning streak.

I can't see how you've come to that conclusion.

How is that or are you joking?

Curry and Thompson playing is a big relief. They won't have a lot of defense though, so it's possible we make this interesting or even steal one, but it's more likely we don't (hopefully).

And Go Nets!

Matt Barnes not a bad defender and David West played well last night in his few minutes. Their experience against our young guys might give up some problems. I wish we'd play Dudley a little less though.

Hopefully we had Bender doing some wind sprints the past few days to help whip him into game shape, I'd like to see more than 15 minutes tonight but will understand if that's all we're comfortable with right now.

Meanwhile, forward Dragan Bender will once again be on a minutes restriction. He played 14 against the Rockets, scoring nine points with seven rebounds and two blocks.

“I can’t think it’ll be much higher,” Watson said, referring to Bender’s minutes. “We want to make sure he stays healthy, make sure he recovers. He’s still kind of young, so we don’t want to pound his body too much.”

So many fan bases are jealous of y'alls tank. Beautifully done, made it into an artform this season.
