Suns maneuver 3 lottery picks in 2017 Draft?

There's a few of us that would love to take advantage of this deep draft by trading our assets and acquiring 3 lottery picks. I realize some will say it's impossible; this is more for those who believe it's possible and have a creative way to do so.

I also realize we'll differ slightly on who we select, that's fine, the target a few of us had was:

1) Josh Jackson
2) Jonathan Isaac
3) Dennis Smith Jr

ASSETS: Suns #4, #32 and #54 2017 Draft, Suns and Miami 1st Round Pick 2018 Draft, Furure Draft Picks (miami/phoenix), Eric Blesoe, Suns Roster, Suns take on cap and provide cap relief.

Potential/Rumored Assets:

Trailblazers willing to sell late 1st round pick (#20 or #26) for cap relief.

76ers willing to sell a 2nd rounder to avoid roster logjam (#36, #39, #46 and #50).

Indiana has a #18 should we utilize our cap to facilitate a trade.

Kings rumored to offer their #5 And #10 if it secures Fox (in light of new events, I wonder if Ball also applies?).

Lakers may be willing to give or swap with their #2 pick provided we agree to giving them cap relief (deng and/or Mozgov), they also have a #28 should we be willing to facilitate a trade utilizing our cap relief.

Here's our chance to play internet GM....our goal is Jackson, Isaac and DSJ (or something close to).

I guess the most creative or plausible poster gets bragging rights since I can't hand out anything tangible.
