He still brings his forearm back to an acute angle, so it still looks like a flick, but its MUCH better than before.

If and when he surpasses Tatum, he is gonna be the most hated Sun ever. Lol!

And he is a steady J away from it

Cuts his hair, shot gets fixed. Coincidence? I think not.
Next move is to resign elf.

It's better but still needs work. The hitch isn't as apparent but it's still not a great stroke. But in the end, the stroke doesn't matter if he's hitting. Imagine if we start seeing Payton hitting 3's on the regular because of a haircut, the guy could've cost himself millions because of a dumb hairstyles which NO ONE liked

It feels like he's shooting with just his arm and not using his legs. His release looks better but there some still many minor details that need to be fixed. Hopefully Kokoskov can work with him through this.

What I see is he's not jumping high for shots... He's got that Trae Young / Curry launch that is more stable... But that would get blocked easily if he doesn't have space... Good thing is Jackson is good at creating looks with his agility and speed

The Jackson at pg idea was thrown around last year but as a rook who was struggling, it was basically dismissed. With a strong finish to the year and an off season to acclimate to the idea under the coaches tutelage, I LIKE IT!! :o

Sharing this again, it's not the first time the idea has been brought up. The article, written after his freshman year, states that '"my decision-making and my IQ," as his biggest areas of improvement since the beginning of the season.' And the eye test says that those 2 things also increased in the second half of his rookie season. If he can continue to improve those areas, along with tightening up his ball handling, there's no reason he can't be a primary ball handler (or co-primary ball handler with Booker).

Probably never a true PG, but being an option (1A or 1B or 1C) to run the offense through him is definitely not out of the realm of possibilities.

I love it. He can run the pick and roll with Ayton and Booker and Bridges and Bender playing off of that. He has to learn how to shoot though. At least his shots will be open if the defender choose to go under.

The false narrative some people created in order to dislike this kid is laughable. man we have some good young players. Booker is the only one I am worried about, he seems so Hollywood to me. I hope I am wrong.

I don't want to pay a bunch of our $$$ (cap space) for a pg. I think we have a good set:

1) Brandon Knight
2) Elie Okobo
3) Booker / Jackson / Bender - 3 headed facilitator.

We don't need a Chris Paul PG, not with Booker, Bridges, and Ayton. I'm sure Josh could be what Fisher was to the Lakers, but a helluva a lot better.
