There really isn’t much sugar coating this one. The Grizzlies are back home to face the flailing Suns Wednesday night at the Forum. All you have to know about these two teams is, currently on SeatGeek, you can get into the arena for only two dollars. That is absolutely absurd.

However, it’s nothing surprising. Both teams come into this game on 10-game losing streaks with seemingly all their eggs in the tanking basket. Someone has got to win this game, and there is really no telling who will take it.

This blogger later mentions that they will close quarters with G league lineups (he implies we will too but probably doesn't realize we are trying to win).

Oh man, TJ sitting would be the cherry on the tank battle sundae. Crazy that 2 teams that are win-less in February end the month playing each other too lol. I'd think it'd be tough to get a win in Memphis, but they've got a strong tank with Evans out.

I am pretty sure that Warren or Evans out has nothing to do with tanking.

Evans has an injury that usually healths in two weeks, but they are saying day-to-day.

Warren was limping for the last five minutes of the game against the Pelicans. It was obvious that he was in pain and I was expecting him doubtful for this game since that moment.

I'm not saying it's on purpose, just that it makes an already unpredictable game even less predictable.

Booker and Jackson going to have big nights and a Suns win. Won't be the worst thing in the world. We haven't won in quite awhile.

I have arrived at the point where I do not expect a win against any team in the league.

That frontcourt of Marc Gasol and JaMychal Green can be enough to win the game for them.

Gasol sounded plenty frustrated on Tuesday, when local reporters got a crack at him. Asked to describe his frustration level, Gasol said, “It’s pretty high.” Later, Gasol added that “winning is what this is about. It’s not about somebody playing well or getting your reps or developing players. We have a league [the G League] for that. We have a team here in Memphis to develop guys. This is the NBA, not the [G] League.”

Marc Gasol has had some tough battles. This may be his toughest yet.

Too bad for Gasol. He's gonna take that L tonight and enjoy it.

Is he dogging it or declining? Because shooting .415% as a big is ridiculous.

$2.25 is good odds against a team that doesn't want to win, that's assuming we do.

Well we are 0-3 without Warren and really don't have a 3rd SF so our depth will be tough, particularly since Bender will likely play some 5 since Chandler and Williams are out.

People are actually betting on Memphis in Vegas ats. The spread opened at Memphis -2 and has moved to -3.
