I was going to restrict this to one or two votes, but I don't think I could pick only two.

National embarrassment I suppose. But if we can just keep losing out, n get the #1 pick, it'll justify. If we win a couple games against these bottom feeders n end up at the #4 again, a bust.

Lack of progress I hoped for before the season start, especially from Chriss and Bender. And the team being unwatchable.

The 2016 draft. Chriss and Bender. Here's to a strong 2018 class!

The complete non development of ANY big on the team. Chandler was supposed to be a bridge for Len and Chris and Bender, but those three have been absolute garbage. They should be better than last year but each to a man is much worse. I hate the fact that people call out Chriss and continue to give Bender a pass, they have both been equally **** and neither deserves the nod over the other. Len is a joke, its rough to watch him not get any better when we drafted him so high. Wish Alan Williams had'nt gotten hurt, wish we never had to depend as much on Tyson and Duds, they were supposed to be phased out.

Bender and Chriss didn't have the same opportunity in their first year.

Ulis and Chriss took the biggest steps back
Health (Booker and TJ have had injuries all year)
Competitiveness in some of these 40+ point losses
I was really hoping to be a playoff team by next year, and we're not exactly close to that. That's kind of disappointing.

Bender was hurt a lot but he has had enough playing time between workouts, summer league and this year to be better acclimated to playing in the NBA. He showed more flashes in limited time early in his rookie year than he has shown since. There were games where Chriss was hurt or always in foul troubles that you expected him to step up and he has really almost never done anything. He has never looked elite at anything. Its crazy how some have found a way to blame Chriss or the coaches when you start Marquese over Bender when you drafted Dragon first and so high. Benders game wasnt ready then and still a year and more than a half of constant ball still isnt. It is Benders fault that he is what he is, maybe he gets better, maybe Chriss gets better but right now they equally suck, go look at the stats, they are very similar. In some ways it seems people are harder on chriss because he actually achieved some success and looked like he was going to be a solid pf going ahead and has regressed, causing more frustration where as Bender gets no flack because he NEVER WAS, and never took off. Same holds true for Ty Ulis with some of his early flash and success to now just be stinking up the place. They both achieved some success and have gotten worse so they get flack, when because Bender never took off he is still seen with just upside and not the fact that he JUST PLAIN SUCKS right now just like Chriss, Uliss, and Len.

1) The lack of quality veterans / too much youth
2) The delayed development of our youth because Watson sucked
3) A **** 50th anniversary
4) No long term point guard in sight

I also voted for the sophomores, plus having to watch this team every night. I was happy to tank in 2016, and 2017 was just fine, too. But the bad basketball we've seen this year has been disheartening. From day 1, we couldn't stop any player - on any team - on most any play - from scoring. And what other teams were doing to us on offense, we couldn't even resemble on the other end. It was like watching the 04-05 Suns, but in reverse. Like every other team in the league had invented a new way to play basketball, and we hadn't figured it out yet. The rare games I was fortunate enough not to be able to tune into, I was rewarded with a box score showing a -25 final score. Just a crazy amount of ass-whooping has happened in PHX this year.
May the basketball gods look favorably down upon us, and reward our good faith with a #1 pick. May DeAndre be the best center since Shaq. May a dynasty be born here in Phoenix. Amen.

Definitely being embarrassed nationally/joked about and Chriss/Bender/Ulis.

Surprised more people didn't choose our starting point guards this season. But I guess I can't blame any picks. The sophomores were disappointing, especially the regression of Chriss and Ulis. Bender extremely frustrating even though he did progress, but then he start to show a tiny bit of aggression in some games and then go back into his shell. He's frustrating not because I think he sucks, but because he is so damn tentative and passing up on his own shots or offensive opportunities.
The whole Watson debacle and Bledsoe debacle and how long that lasted, to start off the season...just terrible.

Chriss & Bender, PG situation, our team was embarrassing to watch 75% of the time.

What is Triano doing different than Watson in regards to the youth? Both suck bad at it. They both (Chriss & Bender) don’t play with enough effort. Bender is being told to just shoot 3’s, Chriss still barks at the refs. All that should not be happening under a real coach. Both are to blame equally. A lot of people talk like the development is so much better now, nothing has changed, there is none accountability.

I said Bender and our PGs (and I like Bender, and I liked Bled and the Payton trade!)
I guess I took the question a bit different than you guys voting before me. I hoped/expected something good of these guys.
Improvement from Bender from real coaching and from the fact that yoga masters secret lovechild is not infront of him in the rotation for no reason. Happened, but not nearly as much as I hoped for.
Bledsoe should have been our vet leader at PG, with good defense, distribution, etc... kinda of the same for Payton, to a lesser extent thoug. These never really happened.
I did not expect anything from Chriss, Sauce or Ulis, I've seen them enough to know who/what they are. Marginal players at best.
I knew Tyson and Duds were steadily declining. I was expecting a poor record, especially after Bled quit. No dissaponiments there, which does not mean I'm happy about them. I just knew what we had in them.
