The percentage here when it was announced he was signing was equal or greater. Only after getting regular playing time did the opinion of him change here on this board!!

I just want to admit that I was 100% wrong about Crawford.

I thought he'd be a ballhog. I thought he'd play hero ball and jack up shots. I thought he was selfish for trying to keep his career alive. I thought he'd interfere with our young players development.

Wrong Wrong Wrong Wrong.

He's moved the ball well, has provided scoring off the bench, and best of all... he sure appears to be a fantastic leader and teammate. His personality and presence is much better then Dudley/Chandler and especially Ariza. He just seems so....genuine and likeable.

Much respect Mr. Crawford. I was so wrong about you. You make me proud to be a Suns fan. Your class is not something we've had since Steve Nash.

Crawford sucked in Minnesota. A very knowledgeable fan there told me he was one of the most disappointing players he had ever watched. However, he thrives here.

I think it mostly comes down to systems. Thibs system is awful, on both sides..his D system is outdated and doesn't work in this day and age and he's never cared much about offense. Plus Crawford had to deal with the Wiggins/Towns vs Butler dynamic.

With our constant ball movement Crawford looks a lot better on offense because he's a smart player and can find guys...heck, sets an assist record for himself after 18 or 19 years!
