Nice move from Kokoskov IMO.
I do not expect to win, but this starting five can play well tonight and win the next one againt the Bulls.
They are our best five players.

Just curios who guards Butler... This could get ugly really fast. Ariza needs to bring his A game tonight on the defensive end. And i want to dream big and say Ayton will crush Embiid, but i don't think it will really happen.

I figured he might do this with Simmons at PG and then Butler and Redick on the wings. You can't really have Book and Canaan guarding two of those guys. Then TJ on Chandler/Muscala which should be an easier matchup. Simmons is near unguardable to probably best to put Book on him...maybe Ariza and Book on Redick...would require less energy from Book on D. It would be nice to see how well Bridges does against Butler.
Of course there will be a ton of switching but that's a great lineup for switching.
Bench will be thin but we can stagger a lot.

Very excited to see what this lineup can do. I think this is a great decision by Igor.

I agree, especially against their lineup with such a big PG. It will be interesting if it really kills our bench but hopefully Jackson brings it in his minutes.

C'mon, Ayton has gotten dominated by a lot of guys. Lets just hope it's not extremely ugly. You have one of the best defensive big men and overall big men in the NBA going against a one and done rookie who can't protect the rim and is more finesse than power around the rim.
I just hope he puts up some nice numbers on good efficiency and rebounds well, though Embiid has been a rebounding monster. And hopefully contest Embiid a little bit.

I think that our bench will be OK with Canaan and Crawford together at PG and SG.
Jackson can play minutes at SF/PF and Holmes as a backup C.

Yeah i know, was just trying to be optimistic that Ayton can do a lot of damage against him.

I am not hugely optimistic, but it will be interesting to see Ariza or Mikal defending Simmons.

For someone who has been tough on Igor, I love this move starting Booker. He has continued to shut me up.
While we do not don’t want Booker as a starting PG long term, it’s the right move right now. Nice move Igor!!!

It's so dumb that NBA TV games are blacked out on League Pass. I sort of understand ESPN/TNT games etc being blacked out, but NBA TV is the NBA's **** channel. Serves me right for biting the bullet and actually buying league pass.
