We better f'n get this one.

What does Canaan bring to the table? If he doesn't shoot well he brings nothing, he's basically Troy Daniels but he's also detrimental to the overall offensive scheme.

So probably Canaan, Book, Ariza, Warren and Ayton starting.

If this is our starting five tonight I think it is a really bad move from Kokoskov.

Bridges needs to start at this point, period.

He has shown so many times already that good things happen when he is on the court. We do not have the luxury to speculate with our best players.

From Reddit
This Canaan/Booker/Ariza/Warren/Ayton lineup has played 86 minutes this year, the most of any Suns 5-man lineup. It has produced a net rating of -29.6.

The best 5-man lineup that has played at least 10 minutes together? Booker/Bridges/Ariza/Warren/Ayton at +23.4

Exactly.

That is why we started so well the last game against the Sixers. It is so obvious that those are our best five players by far.

Suns is going to disappoint and lose big to the Bulls just like did to the Nets after showing signs of encouraging improvements in previous games leading up to that contest. I expect Harrison to destroy us like Ish Smith did a few seasons ago with the Pelicans after the Suns gave up on him. If the game gets close at the end It is only fitting for Harrison to hit game winning shot like Marcus Morris did with the Celtics a few weeks ago.

No one really knows if Canaan is starting. Suns twitter going crazy based on Gambo saying he expected it. I don't know what to expect.

I'm sure Bridges will get a lot of minutes either way. Our bench did us in last game anyway. But not having an early hole is big. I'll be a little surprised if that happens with the Bulls but who knows? Carter playing well and Lavine at times.

Has it been reported that Canaan is starting (not just guesses by Gambo)? Last game thread it was reported Ariza was starting and people started with this stuff too and then Bridges started too.

It worked out well to start but it also left us with no depth, and we got killed when we were forced to go to the bench because all of our best players got in early foul trouble, etc, so there is not one solution that can fix everyone when you have 5 good players and a couple of ok ish ones.

Everyone outside of our starters last game probably wouldn't get any minutes on other teams, but we have no choice.

Canaan deserves to be kicked into the pit of death like Britney spears in meet the Spartans.

lol. Why does it seem like everyone disapproves of this except for Igor. I like Igor but this ones a head-scratcher, although I believe he knows best.
