I didn't ask for ths life or to born I blame my mother for all my problems. Life is nothing but a hassle and I refuse to live any longer. If anyome has good suggestions how to die quickly and painlessly then mention it here. I am fed up with everything, depression, anxiety, tourettes and the list goes on. Why fkin live when y ou don't enjoy or understand what your living for? At the end of that day we all die so life is pointless and meaningless. So just ban me before I curse every Suns fan on here cause I don't give a crap anymore. I hope everyone dies. Now ban me already.

No, just hang in there. Many people have gone through issues and serious ones and faced deep depressions and holes they never thought possible they could climb out of. You have a community here so embrace it, even if we have to experience our own relatably minor pains of watching the Suns for the last 8 years finally, slowly, start to play better.

Life sucks the same for everyone, its okay, chill out, don't take things too seriously, we were not conscious for infinite of time before we were here and will be unconscious again for eternity once we are gone so why not just chill out and enjoy the trip, we are just taking a short break from an eternity of unconscious, there is no big deal really, no need to end it in a hurry. I hope I don't make things worse.

have you seen a doctor yet? the anxiety and depression could be a result of some thyroid problems. I was depressed and having panic attack almost daily and losing a lot of weight for no reason for a whole year before finally going to see a doctor to have a body check, then I was diagnosed of hyperthyroidism, everything goes away once the thyroid med started to take effect.

Start doing jiu-jitsu or some sort of martial art. It's a great way to be humbled but also grow in self confidence at the same time. Most gyms have a fantastic group of different yet like-minded people who just wants to grow and get better together. It's these kinds of people you want to surround yourself with. Even if they can't help you with your issue directly, having the support and surround yourself with these good people has an immensely positive impact to the psyche.

Hey man

I wanna say that I’m someone who also struggles daily with anxiety, self doubt and depression. After posting here a few months ago about what I was going through, it was great to find out that there are many people here on the Suns board who are willing to listen.

These things we fight day after day, it’s tough to go at it alone. Like lilfishi said, it speaks to your own level of strength with you having dealt with this for so long. There’s nothing wrong with talking about it to someone over the internet. Even talking about it with just one person here can lessen the burden.
