We've been blown out in the 1st quarter in 4 of the last 5 games but that's against the top 4 teams in the West (Clips, Nuggets, Thunder, Warriors) and a top 4 team in the West. This home stand has been absolutely BRUTAL so far not just because we lacked effort but because the competition we've played are nuts

If we kept it closer in the 1st quarter (just play with more damn effort) and let our bench do its thing in the 3rd and 4th, I think we're competitive. I wouldn't be so quick to throw the baby out with the bathwater now that we've found a starting 5 which have found some success.

KRay's voice is shot. WTF? How is he going to call this game?

Yeah, what are they 5-7, with one loss in triple OT and another on a b2b after that, and then the top 4 in the west and a top team in east? That's far better than most of our season...and we got off to bad starts against a few teams, but started well against the Warriors.

I don't know that Oubre and his -5 BPM or JJ and his -6 are our answers as starters. I'd be up for trying something but not sure it would be any better.

You should know after hearing how much people have been down on TJ over the years and the people looking for Igor's head. You've had a very strong defense of both (which I don't disagree with).

Everyone has issues. To lay all the blame on our best player who is 22 years old, playing without a PG, and being asked to basically play a position and role he is not made for seems like the normal exaggeration this board often falls into.

I agree. I just have never been a fan of iso and we maxed him and he is our future, so my expectations for him are particularly high. He has improved with his playmaking though..just hope to see it in other areas.

There is the type of play we need...drive and dish by TJ for a catch and shoot by Booker.

I feel bad for the guy but I'm finding it really hilarious.

Eddie Johnson sounds normal then this gravelly voiced ghoul chimes in.

Finally Leander steps in. Just do a damn split screen with TC for the post-game.
