Sarver and the Arena deal

Serious question:
Now that the renovation for America West Arena (Yes...it still is America West Arena to me) has been approved...
What are the chances Sarver sells?
He's got a refreshed arena approved, a young roster, cap flexibility, and the arena deal makes it very expensive for a new owner to move the Suns out of state.
Someone will offer $1 billion or more.
Do you think he cashes out?
If he sells now to a new owner who keeps the team in Phoenix, he (somewhat) saves face with the fans. (OK, I sucked as an owner, but at least I kept the team in Phoenix, got a fully arena renovation approved, and built a young roster. Now I can cash out and go back to what I'm good at.)
