-2 Ayton. The bar's been raised, man. We've seen how good you can be. Time for you to start making up any mistakes you make with hustle and physicality.
-2 Jackson. He slowed up on the final breakaway dunk, got fouled, and missed both free throws, handing the Rockets the game. Foolish. OTOH, we must acknowledge that his three was steady, again. That's huge. I love his effort and hustle, his athleticism, his toughness. He has some growing to do. I'm not down to trade this kid before he takes that next step.

Surprised to see Bender get Cactus (well, not surprised given his rep) but he plays within the offense with a couple assists and took it in aggressively twice...plays good D with a couple of steals. Booker and Ayton way way too many turnovers and pretty poor shooting nights from both, but not quite enough for Nashtys from me with their points and rebounds or assists

Houston's players weren't defending Bender.
Harden was on him sometimes after switching, and he just went "team defender" on all those plays. I noticed that play a few times, Harden was in the paint defending our pick and roll. That made the game even tougher for Booker and Ayton on offense.
His reputation around the league is causing some problems because the other teams know that he is a superlow usage guy and he is not gonna shot/create, so they just don't defend him. He needs to be more aggressive and make them pay on switches or something.
