Losing to a summer league team with no first rounders by 30, does anyone know if this is the real China A team with their best players preparing for the upcoming FIBA world cup or was it just their B team C team or U19 team? Hard to believe this is the real China adult first team, they can't be this bad, are they hustling or deliberately to poorly to make people underestimate them?

Clarke had a good game for all the Clarke stans. I still prefer Saric + Cam... Id want Rui over Clarke too he was pretty bad vs the suns
;t=
This draft is going to have a lot of hidden gems maybe not stars but good players.

I can see it in 3 years... We have Rubio and I think Ty will be good. so once Rubio goes we could go Ty/Jalen

That's an old Clarke video. Today he had 18, 12 and 3 blocks and was 2-4 from 3. Led them to take down the Celtics and dominate Robert Williams and Grant Williams.

I know I said he had a good game today but was bad vs the suns...
Anyways theres gunna be some good players out of this draft not sold on Clarke tho but hes showed promise.

Oh, you were showing his game vs the Suns. It may not have been his best but he still had the biggest impact on the game with his defense. He was +25...no one else in the game was close to that.

Re: 2019 Summer League
Three guys I had rated in the mid to late lottery all showed out at summer league. Nickeil (8), Herro (11), and Clarke (6). Cam Johnson better provide role player value on his rookie contract. I think he would have looked pretty good had he played in SL, maybe even "too good to be here" territory, but it don't think he would have shown us anything we didn't expect. I think the only realistic thing he could have hidden away is an advanced off the dribble scoring arsenal but I'm not quite sure he has the handle to ever be a serious threat in that regard.

I just love how we spent our pick on a third-string SF, you know the position we are deepest at in young talent, while ignoring a defensive PF like Clarke, or a starter potential PG/SG like NAW.

Clarke at #11 was an easy choice IMO.
We need a player like him on the roster, we do not have any intimidator/shot blocker on the roster yet, hopefully we sign someone with our last roster spot.
Cam Johnson is our third string SF on theory, but I think we are gonna play Bridges some minutes as a backup SG, so there will be some minutes available at SF.

At 11 your not drafting for a starter ! We wanted a shooter and high IQ
Clarke has high IQ and no shot ! Let’s see his shot in an actual NBA game
