Tatum 1-18, that's pretty crazy shooting.

Porzingis historically started seasons hot and got worse after the new year. If that holds true this year it will be ugly.

Toronto's defense is something else, wow.
They still have problems with the defensive rebounds, but I'm so impressed the way they are playing with a lot of unknown guys.

I projected them high in the east. Championship experience, multiple deep playoff runs from Gasol, Serge and Lowry, and expected a Kawhi type trajectory from Siakam. Also thought FVV was super legit.

Lens had a rough start to the season. It's been a tough year for those who had the theory that McD actually picked good players and they just needed to leave Phoenix to blossom.

Bad last keeper choice for me over Barton, who I thought lost his way out of rotation last year especially with them having players back but he's playing fairly well. I didn't keep Len for long.

Wow, Trae Young with 42 and 11 with 8 3s, and this was IN Denver.

Thank you Trae Young for beating Denver. I wonder if Jamal Murray goaded Trae Young to shoot?

I took him in fantasy league on the draft day, he was a big reward/low risk guy in late rounds 8-)

New coaches doing their things. The ghost of Flip Saunders working through his son and getting through to the guy perhaps. But if he becomes even close to his draft hype, him and Towns is a scary duo, particularly with Covington between them, especially if Culver turns into what was expected. We are tied with them and Dallas in the 6th-8th spots now so it could be the young team rivalry. We've played far the toughest schedule between them and I think have better depth, so I think we hold the edge, if not quite the top end star power (yet).

Indiana's schedule to start the season: DET, @CLE, @DET, @BKN, CLE, CHI, @CHA, WAS, DET, @ORL, OKC

11 games played
0 games vs. teams who currently are above .500

What a joke.

Nice for them to get an easy schedule to start with Oladipo out. Turner and Lamb have missed half their game too so they've been really short handed.

Would be nice to see the Wizards beat the Timberwolves tonight.

NBA LP is all messed up. Won't let me watch the live game between the Magic and Spurs. Only shows replay. Not sure what game it is replaying but it has the Magic winning 111-109.

*apparently the game is over but on NBA.com and even Yahoo it is showing the game still having 5 minutes to go. Glad the Magic won I guess.

NBA.com is trash...

Hey guys I just read something online and wanted to see if it's true because it's very interesting.

So somebody said Booker is half hispanic and speaks fluent spanish? If that's real Rubio signing is really a big deal.

Good night for us standings-wise. Wizards put the whoopin on the Wiggins-less Wolves, Jazz just lost to the Grizz, and it's always nice to see the Spurs lose. Super early, but I believe this team is for real and every game counts lol.

it's funny that the Jazz lost on a non-reviewable play. sound familiar?
