Both of them got T'd up. Right after that Butler got called with offensive foul for going with his shoulder into Warren. Then Warren started taunting him by clapping in his face and got ejected with his 2nd T.

It looks like at one point he's yelling at Butler - I'll beat your *ss. This was fun to see live haha

It seems like you'd have to have some balls to taunt Butler like that. Guy is crazy. I honestly am not sure I can see anyone on our current team doing that. Maybe Baynes, but he mostly just plays tough and stays calm despite playing tough.

Pretty sure next time they meet Dipo will be on Butler. In the clips it looked like TJ was calling Butler soft and Butler kept saying as he was pointing to himself "I'm soft?!?! I'm soft!??!?!" though maybe that's just what it looked like. Butler's not soft.

Yeah, as I was typing that one I thought of how he plays D kind of like Kobe, but probably even more hardcore....closer to MJ.

I totally respect and I've always been impressed with Butler's demeanor but I really don't think our group of soft kids are ready for a personality like Butler. If an all-NBA level guy like KAT would clash with Butler, how would Ayton fair with Butler's daily pushing? Or how would Booker take to Butler taking the spotlight and being the dominant personality? That's why I've always been against bringing in Butler when he was available.

Maybe I'm wrong and it's exactly what the guys needs but I've never been confident that it wouldn't turn to crap. Miami and that reputation for being tough is exactly the type of place that suits Butler and his ways

Ayton would get himself suspended again before ever standing up to Butler. Ayton is just so soft

I just wish Booker had that Mamba/MJ/Butler mentality on defense. It does suck when your big names are soft.

According to my research, Harden missed 32 of his last 36 shots in the last 5 quarters of play until that 3 he hit before the half.

Butler had a rough upbringing. Was basically homeless at 13, played JUCO before going to Marquette and even there wasn't a star, late 1at rounder who barely played early in his career. Dudes had to earn it his whole life.

Now some of his antics with the wolves were a little eye roll worthy.

I know people had wanted him in the past but I really don't think he would have been happy or easy to deal with here.

This whole thread of KP and Perk going at each other is pretty funny. I actually respect KD for just being openly online petty. After getting caught with that burner he was like f it.

I have more respect for Perkins calling him out. That was awesome.

Bwahaha Perkins talking smack about KD. Perkins rode on the coattails of giants and he is trying to rip a future HOFer?

Memphis took over the 8 spot tonight. It would suck if we lost it to them on a tiebreaker.

By the end of the season the Griz, Pelicans and Kings all could have surpassed the Suns. That's pretty sad for the fans.

If Ayton did what Doncic did people like you will be calling him out for childish behavior.

Looking at the GB thread many people are already annoyed with Luka's whining. Not surprising.

Already did call him out for his childish behavior for the 25 game suspension. I think people complain about Lebron and Harden whining too. I guess Luka's in good company.

Yeah, they are young and do/say childish stuff. I wonder what is the excuse of a few posters here for doing the same.

OKC, MINN and NO lost tonight, so that's good, and DAL could lose too. Might be nice. A bit surprised that the Lakers without AD and LeBron dominated so much.

Well, OKC I was thinking lost, and it looked like they would with their early deficit, but now they seem to be cutting the lead a little over midway through the 3rd.

Gotta pull for the last two teams we beat tonight...Charlotte and Orlando play Portland and Sacramento.

Return to Phoenix Suns
