I'm no expert but I think you would take a diuretic to flush your system of other things, so hard to say what might be going on.

Wow Sometimes I really hate the NBA all they seem how to do is screw the Suns hopefully the players association gets this bull rescinded .

Either he's too stupid to pass an NBA drug test or he took something he shouldn't have, which again is on him

What the hell is the timeline for this? If he was tested before the season, why did he play in the opener? If he was tested after the game last night, they retest within 24 hours? How is that supposed to check for use of banned substances? Why not check before the next game?
