I think we'll had you your 3rd loss of a season

Yeah, good luck with that. Half of our team are on methenolone and tamoxifen.

On a serious note, Suns must bring their A game like they did against the Clippers, Nuggets & Jazz or we are looking at a double digit loss even without Embiid. Good luck hoping for a nail biter and a Suns victory.

I'm going 104-99 win for the suns. We're lucky there's no Embid, or not having Ayton would be a real problem.

We need to stop Simmons. Give him no respect on his jump shot, try to draw charges on his drives to the hoop, and make Tobias Harris beat us. That's a whole lot easier said than done, though. Should be another good test for us.

I was more worried about the Grizzlies game than this one. The team usually shows up for the big games, any chance to beat an undefeated team is going to be a motivating factor, add on top of it that it's Monty's old team? We might lose but it's going to be a fight.

Booker seems to play well against the sixers and embiid is out. They're a really good team even without Joel but the suns haven't given a reason to doubt them yet.

Booker might be remembering the reason why Embiid is out on top of it.

I appreciate the return to the game thread starting. Lets see how your new GL charm works. Nicole Borda was on quite the run there...but maybe time for a change up.

Excited for this one. Would love to hand Philly their first loss of the season. Booker usually goes off against them too. Might just have to get tickets for this if I can find some good ones.

With Embiid out we have a shot... really need to win the bench battle to win.

We have a shot with Embiid out. We need this victory and would be a nice morale boost to be the team which cuts Philly's winning streak.
It's going to be the hell of a game, but I say we win 102-100 at the boozer.

Thanks BW. Maybe I should add her to continue our success so far.

It is an amazing feeling to finally have a winning record. It's really great that I can expect a close game against any team in the league. However, I have a bad feeling about this game. Still, I am satisfied if it is a close game and not a blowout.

I have a good feeling about this game. We play at home and player for player I think we have the better roster with Embiid out.
They need Embiid more than we need Ayton. Embiid is a Top 15 player in the league right now, sooo difficult to replace a player like that.
We will see, it's gonna be a really interesting game.

Philly has one of the most talented rosters in the league even with Embiid out. This is winnable but not likely winnable. Hopefully every game is winnable for the Suns this year.

Who guards Simmons? Oubre?
Also Suxers are 31% from outside, that's bottom 6 in NBA. I'd play a lot of zone against them.

For the record. Embiid isn’t just a top 15 player. He’s more in the 6-8 top range.
Yes sixers will miss embiid big time. They barely escaped injury depleted Portland missing its entire front court. Scoring 70% of their points in the paint or free throw line.
Outside shooting is huge issue for philly.
