How far is Doncic from averaging 50/20 or 40/20 in a season?

Quite far. It would take an absurd amount of stamina and endurance to do that throughout a full NBA season. If an athletic marvel like LeBron couldn’t do it then I don’t think anyone in any of our lifetimes will do it.
