Only way is if Uncle Dennis is not around in any capacity.

Only reason I mention it is because we're close to LA and he has to see what is being built. I keep saying it, but our young core is pretty much plug and play for any start to come in and take over in.

So happy with Nuggets beating Clips. If only they can do the same with Lakers. I'm sick of thinking that Lakers and this narcisstic diva will probably win the championship

Same here. I really dislike mercenary teams.

I love Dragic. Such a joy to watch and plays the right way.

Heat overall are easily the most likeable team for neutral fans imo. Would be nice if it was Miami vs Denver in the finals but I think the odds of Nuggets advancing are probably slim to none.

If this forum’s search function wasn’t so awful, I bet we could find threads with this exact title on the GB that were created by Suns fans back in 2013 and 2014.

Of course we were clowned for it then

It’s only a matter of time before the Bucks trade for Westbrook or CP3.

CP3 would my guess....something like Bledsoe, Hill, DiVincenzo and pick(s) for CP3.

I don’t see how Westbrook would solve their problems. It would make it even easier to pack the paint against Giannis.

They could really use a guy like Brogdon.

That all being said, they were crushing competition this season, by a point differential WAY higher than anyone else, and on a 70 win pace. Then they had to take 6 months off and kind of cooled off. Then they ran into the buzzsaw that is Miami in the playoffs and then Giannis gets injured.

Toronto/Boston was super competitive and both teams looked strong coming in. Boston looked tough, and Miami is already up 2-0 on them.

I think if the season would have not been stopped, the Bucks probably get to the finals. Some teams got better with the break and in the bubble, like Miami and us, some got out of sync, and some stayed about the same.

I know media is all excited about AD's game winner but that's probably the worst thing to happen for the NBA in this series.
LAL is going to win the series regardless, we all know that. But this went from a close series to a probably 4 or 5 game one now. It's a real shame. Denver fought hard last night and they get a gut wrenching loss to show for it.

Don't they just need to get to 3-1 underdog spot.

The Heat are on fire down the stretch in this one...Dragic with some huge shots, Butler with a great shot and assist to Herro. Feels like the Celtics have slightly more talent/depth but the Heat are a little more disciplined.

I never understand going for the 3/4 court pass with so little time remaining. There's not enough time to get a good shot off when you have to grab the ball out of the air with defenders around you, land and gather, turn toward the basket, and get off a contested look.

Heat are a fun team to watch. They're tough as hell, and their shooting and off-ball movement is great. Herro is going to be a damn good player.

I used to laugh at the Herro-Booker comparison. But now I am not so sure ... Herro is actually more skilled than Booker at the same age. Handle, PNR, shooting off the dribble, decision making, defense, getting around screen off ball, etc.

Herro doesn't have the size to finish as well as Book at the rim, nor can he post up like Book.
