Let's use this to discuss the playoffs as there will be a lot of solid matchups.

I'm really pulling for Indy. Would be cool to see TJ Warren do well in his playoff debut.
Just glad we moved him to a team who hasn't won it all before.
Oladipo got an eye poke and may not return.
Sabonis is out too.

Just realized we no longer have to listen to Pops' cringeworthy mid-game interviews this season.

With Sabonis on the court everything would be different, but with him out I can't see the Pacers winning this series. The Heat are too deep and experienced to lose this matchup.

How many ex-Suns players in the playoffs this season??
Warren, Bledsoe, Robin Lopez, (Kyle Korver), Dragic, DJJ, Marcus Morris, Troy Daniels, Tyler Johnson, Seth Curry, PJ Tucker, House, Tyson Chandler, (Austin Rivers), (Ariza could have been playing for Portland), Dudley, Markieff Morris

Hopefully Ayton is able to develop his offensive game like Bam did. I really enjoy the way he plays. I don't know if Ayton has that kind of physicality or fluidity in him though.

Of course Whiteside looks like Kwame Brown against the Lakers after looking like prime Shaq against the Nets...

Of course Lillard is trash in the 2nd half against the Lakers much like I thought he would be. No more 50 ft jumpers falling and he’s having a hard time in 1 on 1 just against Alex freaking Caruso lmao.

Just putting this out there that Alex Caruso is a top 5 defender according to 538s RAPTOR.

If Keef, Kuzma and Danny Green are the best they have behind Bron and AD... yeesh. I'm rooting for you, Dame.

AD needs to get out! Come to the Suns where there is young talent!

I really wish Ayton would watch how Whiteside protects the rim and try to add that to his game. Whiteside overall can be a lazy player with a questionable motor (similar to Ayton) but he contests just about every shot at the rim which is why he still plays quality minutes in the NBA.
Rarely does he just stand around for the rebound, he tries to block or contest everything with excellent rim protection.

I don't know about that. Whiteside's main weakness is poor help defense and focusing too much on block-hunting. We've been telling Ayton to NOT try to block everything and risk being out of position for rebounds.

Since when have we been telling him this?? He never tries to block everything lol it’s amazing to even see him attempt a block once or twice a game.
He usually does the Enes Kanter thing of letting players go up for the wide open layup in hopes they miss it so he can grab the rebound. He still hasn’t quite realized that in the NBA, players don’t miss wide open layups as frequently as they do in college or high school.

The Blazers looking like the 1st seed and the Lakers 8th in this first game makes you think the Suns could have made some noise in the playoffs.
With all his talent AD may be even softer than DA.

This is true with Whiteside. Now I will say I'm in favor of Ayton being a little more agressive on D (and in general).
It's a balance on D for a big on when to chase a block and when to stay home, Whiteside has never and probably will never figure that out. He's kind of the ultimate popcorn muscle player in general who's numbers look good but his impact is less.

I am embarrased for the Net's franchise. Seems like a bunch of selfish teammates! I would hate to be on that team.
Prince, Dinwiddie, Jordan, Chandler all gave up on their team.
