The suns have outscored their opponents in 2 of the 3 games so far. They have won both games. I think that will be the key going into this game.

Hoping for offensive progress from our starting unit.

Van Gundy is running a defensively tough 8 man rotation.

Don't let Redick go off.

Ayton will have his work cut out with Zion attacking the rim and crashing the boards hard, whilst Mikal will have his work cut out with Ingram being their best perimeter guy. Lonzo is having a nice season but Chris Paul has been solid but spotty for his own standard.

Should be a fun game.

I think Ayton will have a really tough time in this one. He's going to have to work hard defensively while having to try to score against Adams.

He usually struggles against any big that’s good defensively like Gobert/Adams/Embiid/Nurkic/Bam/Gasol/Davis etc.

I think this game will be good to see how much he’s grown in terms of mental toughness and maturity to see if he doesn’t back down from Adams and Zion.

Watching Zion play will be kinda good for Ayton because the way that kid attacks the rim and the paint is basically what many of us wanted from Ayton.

During last nights game, you could hear Paul scream something to Ayton. Something like "Get that DA" or "C'mon DA". This happened after a shot went up and then Holmes came in for the offensive board and put-back.
To be fair, he was under the rim and didn't have good position, but that tells me they are aware of this flaw of his and maybe are trying to keep pushing him to improve it. Or, that they are frustrated with his lack of awareness and what-have-you.

Zion is probably going to wreck our forwards. I am not sure if you put Bridges on him. Very tough matchup for our forwards.

These are the matchups we got Crowder for.

Yup. Mikal's guarding Ingram.
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

We should have Saric for this game unless he had a setback. It’s been a week since he estimated that he’s a week away.

We've basically got little to no production from the backup C spot so far with Jones, Frank, and Smith.
It'll be something else when he's in the game and, hopefully, the offense doesn't skip a beat.

It was “get up DA”, I think he was asking for weak side help.

Frank was 11/2/2 with 1 blk and a +17 in 19 minutes last night....I'd say that's a bit more than nothing.

This is why you have Crowder. Might be one of the better matchups against Zion. Still uneven though.

Frank's presence was important as a vet, but his points were more thanks to a couple of nice passes to him after his defender was drawn out. His last 3 was good to see, but the game was already decided at that point.
I had him in the 'little' category. Same with Smith. Jones being in the 'nothing' category.
