Dominating and our best 3 players aren't playing well.

Think we're the no.1 defense in the league.

Honestly, I think he still has post-up instincts, and needs to develop pick and roll/finishing instincts. He did come to basketball a little late, but given how much he's improved defensively, I'm not troubled by his play.
Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

51.5% from 3. Not sustainable, but I'll take it. If we just shoot 40% or a little less from 3, we probably lose that one. We will need Ayton to step it up more offensively and Booker to cut down his turnovers.

CP3 has to be more aggressive looking for his shot down the stretch of games. Can't depend on dumping the ball off to Ayton in tense situations. That's a recipe for disaster.

Funny thing is most people have been wanting him to put it on the floor.

Well, prior to the l final two minutes he had several mistakes in the 4th. Very unusual.

Glad to beat the Jazz.Ugly 4th Q, tho.Booker either turned it over or forced a bad shot.Luckily he's talented enough on offense to hit a bad shot or two.

He can't play perfect, the Jazz are good and they forced some mistakes from him. He scored when was needed it in the last two minutes.

I do miss Rubio cause I really liked him but I'm super happy with CP3. I like Crowder tons more than Oubre.

It might not be sustainable but it also might drop off much, their 3 point looks are wide open, if you look at Utahs 3s they were mostly contested, while suns were mostly wide open and they have been in every single game because of the ball movement

I'll always have a soft spot for Kelly for bringing some joy to a miserable franchise, things were dark there for a minute.

But I love Jae, I've loved him since his marquette days. He's the perfect guy for this team and this is a great spot for him because he has an important role on the court and can be a leader off the court. He was a leader on those surprising Celtics teams and it's been an journey since then with some groups for one reason or another it didn't fit as well. This group of tough grinders fits him.
