We have a real opportunity to go on a season defining streak now that our top guys have gotten themselves into the season. This game then 7 at home against eastern conference teams. The Chris Paul bump has arrived.

Is that the main reason why he wont play? If so, I wonder what team will sign him. I could see him going to this three teams either Mavs, Nets or Warriors. Dallas desperately need a reliable shooter which will benefit Luka greatly and help Mavs move up in the standings. Losing Curry/Delon really hurt their spacing. Nets already score a ton but another great shooter to go along Harris would help. As for Warriors Oubre isn't playing great and pairing Reddick alongside Curry would help significantly and get them an 7th/8th seed.

So far in these young season, we've had an early 4 game winning streak followed by a three gamer as of recently. If Suns take care of business today and Nuggets lose on the road to Lakers tomorrow night than we are back to 4th seed. Seemed like yesterday we were in 9th seed and just 4 games later could leapfrog 5 teams..

I try not to look at all that because it's still too early for moving up to the 4th seed to mean anything yet and because, while we're currently the 5 seed, we could just as easily be the 10th seed by end of week. It'll drive you nuts.

I mean, that's the Western Conference this year. We cannot afford to go on a losing streak. We've got to go on a nice run and create some distance. We're only 1 game ahead of the Warriors and Spurs (9th and 10th).
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

It's also hard to gauge with teams missing time due to COVID, the difference in the number of games played is huge right now. For example, Memphis has only played 16 games, whereas Utah has played 21. It makes the seeding pretty meaningless at this point.

Haha! I get what you mean it drives me crazy as well constantly looking at the standings. Just so used to seeing us in the 12th-15th range last 5 years it's a pleasant surprise being top 8. But we should get real feel where our team could be by late Feb, early March which is another 13-14 games away.

Hope they come out to play hard and extend the winning streak. It would be nice to blow them out again but I'd just be happy with the win.

I would prefer to watch Adams playing tonight, he has regressed and he is basically a liability out there as a starter. Not sure what they were thinking extending his contract.

I think as long as we can get fully healthy again, we're gonna be in the hunt all season. CP3 is not going to let us go on long losing streaks.

Let’s win a game we should win.
Got to get those losses against Wiz/Thunder/Pistons out of our minds.

Really hope we can get into some garbage time minutes over the next couple games. I would like to see some more Jalen Smith minutes.
