Now who is grumpysaddle's? I wonder what our record is with a lot of the charms vs just one?

That's a big break for us. Still gonna be an uphill battle with Giannis and Middleton healthy. One of their random players like Connaughton or DiVincenzo might go off for them as well if their playing.

We gotta try and get at least a split (2-2) for the remainder of our homestand imo. We got Bucks, Sixers, Magic, Nets remaining. Then we take on other teams that are battling for playoff spot in the West with us.

Just hope we don't lose more guys with injuries.

If Crowder’s back, I wonder if Monty continues starting Kaminsky.

If it ain't broken why fix it? We are 3-0 when Kaminsky starts and we need another big body with Frank to manage Giannis running inside the lane at full speed. Our bench will only be better with Cam, Crowder, Carter, Payne, and Galloway.

We’ve had success with Ayton guarding Giannis as the primary matchup.

Ayton's done pretty well with Giannis, though on one can really stop him, he can at least attempt to contest his shots unless he can continually take it to the rim drawing fouls and probably finishing.

Then Bridges can be on Middleton.

I think they would probably want Kaminsky on Lopez. Kaminsky can't defend well but at least has more length to guard him on the perimeter.

Lopez is one of the better shot blockers in the league. I don't know if he can do a lot against Ayton inside, though with him and Giannis on him, that would be tough...I'm sure they will double.

It might be better to bring Crowder off the bench with Cam if he's back.

Hopefully Paul is back, or Payne, but this wouldn't be the worst loss, being an eastern team and a good one. Wouldn't help a western team as much.

Would probably be better to be completely healthy when we face people in the west playoff race rather than these EC teams. Of course any wins help, but a loss against a WC team helps everyone catch us by a half game, and the loss against the WC team allows that team to gain a game on us.

Yeah I’m ok with them sitting CP3 and Crowder for this one. But maybe cause it’s a national TV game they’ll want them to play.

3 out of 4 of our next ones are.

I'd actually be ok getting out of this stretch at 15 and 12 given our injuries and competition...and be happy with 16 and 11, while stoked if better than that.

It's the kind of stretch we shouldn't get too worked up over losses unless we get screwed somehow. And SOME people should be back by the time we play Orlando.

If they double Ayton inside, then I think Frank has to start (never thought I'd say that  ) because of the shooting he provides, and the ability to take the ball inside when he's run off the line. I was not a fan of the two big lineup when it first got rolled out, but I have to say it grew on me. I also think that it will help our bench in the long run to have Saric, Crowder and Cam all in our second unit. If you're looking at a 2nd group of Saric, Crowder, Cam, Galloway and Moore/Payne....that's a PRETTY good 5. That lineup would probably beat some of the Suns starters of the McD era to be honest....

This is the type of game where the Book show can carry us. He looked to be getting into a groove. No doubt, he will try. We haven’t really seen his assassin side come out this yr. I could see him dropping 40. He’s due.

Holiday is usually a guy who gives him trouble but with Jrue out I could see Book popping off. Divincenzo is not bad on D but he can’t contain Book. It’ll be interesting to see if they throw Middleton at him.

Key for tonight will be Ayton staying out of foul trouble. We’ll need him to play major minutes.

At this rate, we may very well not see Dario until early march when the season starts it’s second half.
