Not only are these topics not getting locked but they are actually getting a tonne of responses. Man it's barely read-able anymore.
And here I am banned from the board for something years back I can't even remember while this goes on. Not that I'm missing out on much haha.

It is weird how so many bad topics gain so much traction.
You can always ask for an account review on the GB and likely get a couple strikes removed. Just email Howard Mass with a subject of "Account Review". ucp.php?i=pm&mode=compose&u=8
As a matter of fact, I just looked at your strikes, and they were old ones from tsherkin, from over 5 years ago, so if you do an account review just post a message to Howard Mass to say you'd like an account review, as your strikes are really old, an hope to get some removed and possibly a clean slate, and you have re-read the GB Policy.
Back when you got banned, it was much more strict, with moderator abuse of power, and went I became a mod there I helped initiating revising the rules, making it more relaxed, and now it takes like 4 strikes to get a complete ban.
