There's a good chance that Booker might receive it but I'd rather give it to Paul who has averaged nearly 18/10/5 on 48/38/96 split. And a 12-3 record for February if we win our final game of the month.

You've got the All Star Break in 5 days. No need to rest anyone with a full week off coming up.

I think what makes this one different is that Minnesota knows their season is over already. Charlotte and Chicago are both likely to end up in the EC playoffs, despite them not looking so great at the start of the year. IF we can build up a big lead early, I think Minnesota packs it in.

That’s a good point, but I also didn’t expect Paul to only miss one game in the first 32. Any miles we can save on his legs/hamstrings improve his chances to be viable into May/June. Moore is good insurance if Payne is not plugged in.

Plus we have 2 huge games on Tuesday and Thursday. Need him in top condition. The last time he rested, he followed it up with those big games against Milwaukee and Philly.

Rather us build a big lead and let him rest a lot in the 2nd half. Every win at this point is important for seeding (Even though its still early), and Minny is a team we SHOULD beat, so gotta take care of business.

IF we beat Minny and the LAL, I could MAYBE see rest for the GSW game as a way to give guys like Book and CP3 an extra day to make up for the All Star game, but I think we'll want to head into the break playing our strongest basketball and seeing how we match up against a possible first round opponent.

Do you think they may go back to Frank in the starting lineup?

Should win out before the break. 3rd seed at all star break would be better than prob anyone would have imagined

Reid and Vanderbilt size could test us, otherwise it's just about how we play.

Vandarra's size is nothing to write home about. Is his agility, intensity and toughness what makes him a decent defender.
ChickenLegs' size looks better but he's hardly any rim-protector. More of a positional defender.

Size won't be a factor in this game.

To what extent the TimberTrolls will suck it is.
If we decide not sucking too much today maybe there will be something similar to an NBA game.

Let's trust.

Why do we keep falling into these traps?

From my scattered viewing, it's mostly on Ayton not playing hard/focused and Booker trying to do too much too soon.

Also Bridges needs to get back to the high level of play he was on in the first 10-15 games.

We better come out strong and keep pounding them and pounding them until we become exhausted and sit out starters out in the second half. Lets go Suns!!!

Return to Phoenix Suns
