IDK that was a pretty cool move by Ayton.

I was thinking he put on some extra beef since the bubble which is what’s throwing his shot off this year, but maybe it’s the Elf Payton effect? What’s his endgame, cornrows? Crowder dreads?

That was a rare type of play for Ayton. Put it on the floor, backed down Towns, and then the turnaround jumper for the And1. Be nice to see more of that. A little attitude there too.

KAT popped him in the jaw on the other end right before, he was visibly angry.

Everytime I think CP3 has 7 or 8 assists I immediately look at the boxscore and surprisingly see 13 to 15 assists. The young dude is wizard.

Must have missed that. Haven't been able to watch quite as closely until now. He just really sprinted down there too for the lob and slam. Seems to have gotten some energy...a double team on KAT with energy, a tip in, now another And1.

Garbage time is about to happen.
It's over.

I wouldn't say you nailed it.

But you don't need that much just to beat us.
It would be a waste.

First 20/10 game for Ayton since January 22nd against the Nuggets. He was well due and am proud of his aggression tonight.

He is outplaying KAT....more points but a lot better shooting. 9/11. He's kind of like the Suns in that he really gets up for games against tougher competition like Jokic/Gobert/KAT but can play down to others.

Book only 28 points away from career high. Hope this game goes into double overtime.
