There's not much else to say besides them just hitting everything. 80 points from 2 players is just hard to beat. KAT 5/6 from 3.

I don't know how anyone in the league will be able to stop edwards from driving. He's derek rose all over again

Don’t know the answer to this but curious how he would have looked defending Towns today. Probably not much of a difference since KAT was so hot but would have been interesting to see.

I trust James Jones fixes the big man situation.

He's a superstar in the makings only difference is he gets " superstar calls" as a rookie while Booker must wait 5-6 years to get same type of calls.

5-6 years from now? Cause he's not getting them in his 6th season right now.

Exactly!

Craig defending Towns? Towns would throw him around in the paint lol. Craig is a wing. It would’ve looked about as good as Bridges trying to defend Towns.

You’re probably right! I knew it was kinda stupid as I was typing it.

I'd rather not play hard against the pistons, wizards, rockets, twolves, kings of the world but show up against the Bucks, LA's, Nuggets, Phillies, & Jazz when it matters. The latter are the teams we will face in the playoffs. No need to go all out and win 80% of the games when 75% will do. My only concern is rebounding but that should be resolved before the trade deadline. Maybe we brought in Craig to get rid as a trading piece, who knows?

I expect James Jones will to try to move him this off season, or at least I hope he does.

He's scored 2 points in the past 5 games he played. I don't know what team is lining up for that.

Wow I just checked Towns twitter account. He destroyed us all while dealing with issues on his mind with his girl.

And Booker and Towns could probably never be on the same team either because their girls absolutely hate each other.

Don’t wanna continue to talk negative about Ayton but don’t think he has any trade value. Not sure why anyone would want to give up a good player for him. Hopefully a big becomes available in the buyout market. Would not be surprised to see Suns go for Drummond and have Ayton come off the bench.

Yeah, he can't shoot at all but I've watched his playoff highlights and he's like Nadar when it comes to hustling abe giving his team more energy. Still he wont play much like Jones even if we keep him around.

Still can’t believe this was called a foul in an NBA game in a close game with the player in question already in foul trouble.

We could have used him or the new guy, Torrey Craig, to help stop or slow down Edwards. Tomorrow might be a perfect night to see what Craig can do.

I actually love that we play them again, we will see whether team defensive adjustments can stop size or whether we just need a big PF. Answer should be clear by tomorrow night.

I forgot all about Cam Johnson. I’m going to guess that he’s going to miss the next 6 games. Suns go on a road trip next week and think he won’t travel with them.

In last 12 games, Ayton only recorded four games in double digit rebounds and three of those games were 10 boards. He seems to have a chip on his shoulder 2-3 times every 10 games. I dont see the hunger in him to play aggressive consistently. Maybe he's not happy with CP3 there and being a 3rd-4th option as Book, Paul and Bridges get all the props while Ayton gets yelled at by little CP3 constantly damaging Aytons young and fragile mind. You always hear from Eddie, Leander, Monty how Ayton listens and works hard but maybe Ayton is upset and exhausted from hearing constant yelling from different players it can take a toll.

He's a weird kid.

Fans had to tell him it's not the right time and he took it down.

Lmao that’s hilarious he got bullied into removing it. I read the responses he got and they were bad yeah but he already posted it so might as well have kept it up.

Return to Phoenix Suns
