Who, besides the LAL and Nuggets have a better big man then us in the West? It's easy to say what you just did, much harder to actually do it. That's why we took him #1-the lack of good bigs in the current NBA

Didn't he blow a similar layup late in the game against mavs or nuggets?

Very huggable dude, I wouldn't be able to let go as security would need to separate us quickly.

Quality win, even if it did feel like the Suns were on cruise control for most of the game.

One thing I continue to see if when a center switches onto Booker or Paul, they essentially always wave players off for a clear out so they can go one on one. I'd like to see the Suns look for Ayton more in these situations. As good as Booker and Paul are in the midrange, Ayton has been absolute money on low post mismatches. I prefer Ayton vs. a small over Booker/Paul vs. a big any day.

His only miss was an off-balance shot attempt after grabbing an offensive rebound. So basically his only miss was when he created a new possession for the Suns - I'll take it!

Quiet monster game from Ayton tonight. He didn't try to out-strength a legit big like Whiteside rather used his quickness advantage instead. I'm liking this consistent version of Ayton. Makes us dangerous and very hard to beat.

You missed the point… Teams won’t be going small outside of may be GSt. No slight on DA. We’re the only ones with a 6’8 non levitating back up C

Btw... DA so much better with interviews. Found some humble.

Well done by Suns to pass on Hassan Whiteside at the deadline. He would not fit the Suns culture or identity at all, and represents old school empty stats.

Call me greedy but I honestly think we’re so good that I get disappointed that we don’t beat every team by at least 20+ points. Or at least the bottom like 23 teams in the league.
