No, there are not, just clowns made it political, so they can keep people arguing about irrelevant things. It doesn't matter which political party you bow down to. You wear a mask to help slow the spread of viruses. You get a vaccine to slow or stop the spread of a virus or disease. A virus or disease doesn't care your political allegiance, and care for a virus or disease isn't based off one's political affiliation.
