I prefer the Rex Chapman's shot. The degree of difficulty to launch it off one leg running out of bounds is spectacular. I've just never seen that type of shot before and I have seen plenty of great game winners.

Another great one. But I was speaking more in terms of game winning or tying shots in the playoffs. Maybe we can include that one since the bubble was like our playoffs.

The pass, catch & shot in that one are all incredibly difficult. I'd say that one followed by Ayton's.
Watching the clip from '76 is almost kinda painful with how terrible the ballhandling was back then.

Re: Ranking the greatest Suns playoff game winning/tying shots
Without looking anything up, watching videos or looking at posts, off the top of my head, Gar Heard, Rex Chapman (I was at that game) and the Barkley one catch off backboard that SunsRBack posted in a game thread the other day. And maybe the best because it was series saving and turned the series, was the Marion rebound and pass to Tim Thomas for the game winner....seems like Raja had a great shot or winner/tie shot against the Clips in the next round too.
There were also some other good ones I remember like Booker's against the Clips, Amare in 2003 against the Spurs in the playoffs...he was a rookie I think so it was exciting, and Barkley against the Spurs in the playoffs (though it wasn't a spectacular shot...just a nice game or series winner he got excited about, over Robinson I think)
Edit: just looked at OP and videos listed and of course it is many of the same ones.

Gar Heard is great but the Suns lost that game.
I think I might be taking Ayton's as my favourite here.

It'll always be that Tim Thomas 3 for me.
That was pandemonium. The string of emotions, going from accepting we will lose the series, to a tie game and having hope again.

Marburys shot was made better by the spurs fans chanting MVP as Tim bricked the 2 free throws.
Steph needed a good coach to settle him down, I think Monty could have been good for him if they could bring that marbury to this era. I liked him a lot, he would be better in this NBA.
