Read her bio and about 8 other of her post’s. She definitely fits a stereotype. Probably thinks Britany Griner is a victim too. If the NBA was going to move on this it would have been done. This isn’t a trail for murder.

Sarver prob came in on a Wednesday and was like hump day am I right guys?
And that to her is probably grounds for sexual harassment and a toxic work environment.

What happened? Has there been any new revelations? Has the results of the investigations come out?

Yeah! I found it kind of funny yet typical as things have become currently these days. IF anything can legitimately be taken into consideration from this, it may be that there needs to be some kind of update or closure on this as it's affecting a broad range of people. And apparently a fair number of employees for various reasons. But mostly I just found it interesting satirically in absence of any type of update to the situation.

No, it isn’t a trail for murder, however more current and former employees than anyone would like came forward with accusations of racism and misogyny and some of them chose to lose their careers over their alleged transparency. An investigation does not just stop as it is either ongoing or closed and until until it is the latter, the NBA will not act. The fact that they have not yet is not an indication of what they will or will not do.

Talk to me about an investigation when you’ve already drug his name through the mud. Innocent until you’ve decided he’s guilty?

Re: Sarver ESPN story
Suspension is a lot different than being forced to sell.
That tells me the NBA realizes there just wasn't enough info in the report to warrant punting him. Also, could explain the hiring of females in big positions. Not saying they don't deserve it, but the timing will always be questionable.

Opinions are opinions and facts are facts. Your post didn’t age well and gosh, who could have foreseen that?
Opinion: nothing to see here, look at her profile and you can tell everything about her.
Facts: “…the independent investigation found that Mr. Sarver "engaged in conduct that clearly violated common workplace standards, as reflected in team and League rules and policies. This conduct included the use of racially insensitive language; unequal treatment of female employees; sex-related statements and conduct; and harsh treatment of employees that on occasion constituted bullying."

Slap on the wrist. Do NBA fines go to charity or just line the leagues pockets?
Nvm about the fines, just read the end of the NBA's statement

Is it? The maximum fine ($10M) and a year-long suspension…
