His size can be key for us since he can get Looney and Draymond in foul trouble while being essentially undefendable down there. This is another small team w/o Wiseman-and even when they get him back he's no comparison to DA.
If they can manage to get Draymond a few fouls, then he has to sit and he's so important to everything they do. Offense, defense, he's the actual heart and soul of that team. Us taking it down there and forcing the issue with their bigs could be our biggest advantage against these guys.
If Ayton truly wants to prove he's a max guy, he needs to show up this month in our 3 Golden State games and show up huge.
Well it's not always up to him when it comes to scoring. It depends on whether guys get him the ball. Suns went like 6 minutes without scoring against the Nets and didn't try to get it to him once. They didn't really have anyone who should be able to defend him either.
I'm sure with it all national tv, Book will want to try and outdo Curry. Ayton will play whatever role they want him to. Rebounds will be a bit harder to get with so many 3s flying that bounce further out, but we will need to rebound well as a team given the Warriors are the #1 rebounding team. Draymond is great at boxing out given his low C of gravity too.
