They will have the 4th west coast game in 8 nights, played two b2b's on this trip already. They are injured, no Brown. We should win even without Book.

Thought Booker would be back. At least next game isn't until Monday then another Tuesday so if back may only play in 1 of them since b2b.

I wonder if they feel they can get away without him since Boston doesn't have Brown? I'd have to imagine that helps in the discussion room.

My guess is the main determination is whether or not the hamstring feels fully ready to go at 100% or not.

Obviously. My main point was that he might be more inclined to push it if we really needed this game. They probably feel they can get Boston w/o him.

This should be the only point in the conversation. Book had the same hamstring injured about 3 times already in his pro career. Does anybody feel like risking a torn hamstring and ending the season for 2-3-5-7 whatever small amount of more midseason games he could play, but not fully healthy? No? I thought so.

Considering the team record right now I think they will wait till he is 100%. No need to rush him.

Yeah, since we are on pace for 68 wins, we are probably ok at this point.

Not good with Grant Williams shooting 40% from 3. McGee isn't much of a perimeter defensive guy and Ayton is among leaders in contested 3s.

Jaylen Brown out for his 14th game with a hamstring injury. Makes me a little worried for when Booker will return, though I know all these injuries/strains are different.

Mikal can’t stay in front of Tatum. That’s not cool.
