Yeah knew that was going to bite us.

Ayton always tries to tap it to himself rather than grab the ball. Wow

All things considered, the officiating was **** terrible tonight. Just absolutely embarrassing for the league.

Don't Agree at all you saw when Monty finally adjusted and went big instead of going smaller and smaller every time someone goes big, we had no problems as soon as we played a bigger lineup we dominated that quarter.

That was incredibly frustrating. Multiple b2b turnovers in the clutch is just inexcusable.

Credit to the Raptors and their defense for making us look like struggling amateurs

In positive news, these games are good practice for the Suns. We'd basically have to lose the rest of the games to not have first place in the league. Still 8+ games up with 16 to go.

I want to know when comes the time our own Shaq and Kobe carry this team. Cant always go behind CP3.

We knotted it up and then let them pull away. The opposite of usual. It happens. Yeah, it would have been nice if Ayton got that board but heck, we had just missed 2 chances with shots to take the lead or tie, so down 3, with another one, maybe we tie with a 3 (perhaps 35% chance?) but then they get last possession so we'd still have to have a lot of things go right and then win in OT if we happened to tie it up with another try and force a miss by them at the end of regulation.

CP3 plays and it doesn't happen. Book still needs to learn how to break a double team. Payne has been great lately, but he's still not a closer.

I thought he was trying to tap it to Payne, only to realize he was just juggling it himself.

We did better on the glass for 10mins and their size/athleticism just found a new way to cause problems on the perimeter on defense too where we couldnt dribble or make a pass.

Nobody is blaming the loss on that one play man you dont need to be Ayton's white knight here.

Basically this. At least we showed that we can play two bigs out there and not get completely killed on the boards anymore. Wish Monty had done the same against the bucks (he did for about 30 seconds I believe).

Not worried at all about late-game execution, that's fixed instantly when Chris Paul gets back.

Ayton always teases us. I try not to overreact when he has a good game. He’s way too inconsistent. We looked so much better today with Bismack and McGee. Both players play like they actually care. Ayton just out there…. watching guards rebound in front of him.

Ayton has not been the same since his injuries earlier this year. Since returning on 1 Feb, he has played 18 games and has logged 5 double digit rebounding games.

Ayton needs to have a perfect postseason to get the money he wants. Biyombo has lowered his stock IMO. Ayton has so much talent but desperately needs even a small percentage of Biyombo's energy and heart.
