Keys to this game.

1. Don't let the Pels guards hound CP3 in the backcourt, run more hard picks for CP3.
2. No stupid lazy passes.
3. Make some damned three's.
4. Feed Ayton.
5. Bench Cam Payne and Craig, play Aaron and Wainwright.

unlike we hear that Book is playing, not sure i am even watching this game. hardly to imagine Monty will make the changes for game 5 that he should have made in game 3.

In before we start recklessly trapping Ingram and/or CJ and giving up wide open looks to everyone else.

My prediction: if Payne comes in before Holiday, we will go through the motions and enjoy fishing, patting each other on the back for the best regular season win record. No Shamet nor Payne, and more Holiday and a little Biz, and we have a chance.

I think you mean Shamet not Craig. Craig actually can guard multiple Pel players. Shamet can't guard a cross walk. Craig had 6 points 4 rebounds in 10 minutes and shot 50% from three. But I agree about Aaron. I would play Biz some as well.

Craig hit the 3 in garbage time. Went like 40 minutes without scoring before he busted out with 6 points. He's been as bad as Shamet has. Look at his +- too. I don't really want to argue with you though because you're like Craig's agent or something.

Of course you don't want to argue, because you brought in +/- stats, which depends on who players are on the floor with, not the actual player themselves. Side note, Craig was -2 and Shamet was -10 last night, so that kills your argument. Shamet is the one that should get garbage minutes, not Craig.

Shamet can't guard any of the Pels, and that has been obvious the whole series. Craig comes in, and guards BI right away. We need that. How do you not see that we need that? Shamet can't guard BI, or even come close to doing what Craig can do guarding BI. Plus Craig can also switch to CJ, which is something Shamet can't do. We don't run any plays for Craig, and if he gets a pass, its very late in the clock, and he is still reluctant to shoot, because he understands that every possession is crucial, and if he isn't forced to chuck late in the clock, because Payne doesn't know how to play point guard anymore, then he most likely won't shoot it.

Bribing and/or blackmailing the refs to call the game fair (at fffing least fair gdmt!!!) could also help.

Hopefully Cam plays better. He had 13 points but on 12 shots, but at least he hit some 3s. He did finally provide in other categories too, though he didn't have the impact Crowder did and even played more minutes.

Hopefully the home crowd allows the roles players on the Suns to play better than the role players on the Pels. History of NBA does show that the role players usually play better at home

I think Ish needs to get some minutes - I think he need to lay some screens on a few players on the Pelicans. Nothing dirty - no elbows up or hip checks - but bring it

Look at the previous games. You can't say the guy played well because he hit 1 three and ignore everything else.

Mikal was on Ingram at the end of last game, he probably starts on him as primary defender in next game. CP3 on CJ I guess. Hopefully he has energy for the offensive end, because we need a masterpiece from him. If he's cooking hopefully it inspires the rest of the team.

Our centers went 11-14 and 7-7 respectively. Everyone else shot under 50%.

We stop going to Ayton as soon as there is one possession - one! - where he misses, turns it over, or can't get the ball. We have to stop doing that. I know it isn't "Suns basketball" but do what works. Give Ayton all the shots. MAKE him go for 50. Because him and Javale are the only efficient offense we're getting right now.

Ain't the Pels stopping Ayton. It's us.
